TIMTEL's line of thermally conductive silicone films are available in a range of thermal conductivity performance choices, thicknesses, and tack configurations to meet a wide range of thermal management and pad installation requirements. SILTEL's soft and conformable film surfaces makes them an ideal solution for MOSFET & IBGT, power diodes, AC/DC converters as well as motor or power control units.
